Shipping bulk blue lotus: freight, lead times and receiving

How wholesale orders travel, what affects freight cost and delivery time, and what to check when your shipment arrives.

Delivery

How wholesale blue lotus ships

Orders leave us sealed in food-grade bags and travel within the United States with tracking. The carrier, the freight cost and the expected lead time are always written on your quote, so there are no surprises at checkout.

What affects freight and timing

  • Weight and volume. A 100 g pack and a pallet are shipped very differently.
  • Destination. Distance and delivery zone change cost and transit time.
  • Method. Parcel, freight or pallet service each have their own rates.
  • Label and production. Custom labels add production time before dispatch. See private label.

Paperwork that travels with the order

Each quote states the species and country of origin, and a lab certificate is available for the lot. Keep these on file. They help if a retailer, marketplace or authority asks where your stock came from. Read what a certificate of analysis shows.

Receiving checks

  • Look for crushed, torn or wet packaging before you sign.
  • Match the lot reference on the bag to your quote.
  • Open one bag and check colour, smell and dryness.
  • Photograph any problem straight away and tell us.

After you receive stock, follow the storage guidance to keep it fresh. To plan an order, see our order tiers or contact us.
